Elections were "exemplary", says president of Mercosul Parliament

The president of Mercosul Parliament, deputy Dr. Rosinha (PT-PR), issued an official note in which he congratulates the Bolivian people for the recall referendum that took place on Sunday (10).
The note was signed by other 40 Mercosul Parliament’s representatives who acted as observers of the referendum, including Carlos Chacho Alvares, former vice-president of Argentina and currently the president of Mercosul Permanent Committee. In the note, they claim to have witnessed "exemplary elections."
The referendum was summoned in order to confirm or revoke the mandate of Bolivia’s president , Evo Morales, and eight out of nine governors.
